In order to restrict access to PUMA content to verified County Users, Users will now be required to create a User and sign into Zendesk to view articles. We will be adding capability for the in app Widget to bypass the log in feature allowing you to view articles from within the PUMA application without logging in as you did before in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience while we switch over to the new protocols.
How to Create a New User
If you do not currently have a Zendesk User to view the PUMA Help Center, you can create a Zendesk account by going to our Zendesk page:
Then click on the Sign In option at the top right-hand side of the page.
Click Sign up next to New to MCAT on the sign in page as shown below.
On the "Sign up to MCAT" screen, enter your full name and email address.
Please Note: Your county email address should be used when signing up for the Help Center.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered on the Sign up to MCAT form above. Click "Create a password" to finish setting up your new Zendesk account.
